Lucknow to Lucknow

Meet the Shivalaya representative at the Lucknow reporting point agreed in your confirmation. Travel with the joining group to Nepalgunj and settle into the assigned hotel. The evening briefing explains the aerial darshan arrangements, passenger identification, airport transfer, window-seat allocation and weather-related changes. This short Yatra remains on the Nepal side; it is not a road entry into Tibet.

Plan ahead: Confirm the reporting time and the exact airport or railway-station meeting point before arranging your arrival.

Transfer to the airport for the confirmed aerial Kailash Door Darshan flight. A window seat is included on the confirmed operating departure so that each traveller has the agreed viewing position. The experience is a distant aerial darshan: it does not include landing at Mount Kailash, a visit to the Manasarovar shore or the walking Parikrama. Return to Nepalgunj after the flight. Visibility, departure time and the authorised flight path depend on operating conditions.

Plan ahead: A guaranteed window seat is not a guarantee of a clear mountain view. The booking confirmation must state the weather-change and refund arrangements.

After the hotel check-out, travel back with the group to the agreed Lucknow drop-off point. Keep your onward tickets consistent with the return timing advised by the operations team. The INR 5,000 starting payment is an initial instalment enquiry, not the total Yatra price or a guaranteed monthly EMI. Deposit acceptance, eligibility, payment frequency, interest/fees if any, refund rules and final balance date must be agreed in writing. A payment does not itself guarantee permits, seats or departure.

A minimum group of 25 travellers is compulsory for the airline to operate this group departure. If the required group is not formed, the departure will be postponed to the next scheduled fixed departure. We will inform you at least one week before your scheduled Lucknow arrival. Please do not book your flight tickets to Lucknow until the week of travel and only after receiving our written group confirmation. Flight operation and views remain subject to weather and airline clearance.

Flight operations and mountain visibility depend on weather, clearance and airline decisions. A window seat is not a promise of seeing Mount Kailash. The written terms must explain cancellation, rescheduling, extra nights and any applicable refund.
