TRIP OVERVIEW

Annapurna base camp trek is the most popular in the entire world. Considered to be the 10th highest mountain in the world, Mount Annapurna (8091m) and the way to its base are 4130m the entire journey is an astonishing walk through a varied landscape which is rich in its serene mountain views, terraced fields, wide ranges of floral and faunal species, and the beautiful Gurung village. Once you make the journey to Annapurna Base Camp, it will lead you to an unforgettable memory.

Having a peculiar and exquisite landscape, Annapurna Base Camp offers you to view the majestic peaks of Mount Annapurna (8091m), Annapurna south (7219m), Machhapuchhre (6993m), Hiunchuli (6441m). The trail of Annapurna base camp is encompassed by green surroundings including rhododendrons, terraced farmlands, rice paddies, and the sight of the enormous mountain views provides unique experiences to the visitors. This trek will make you feel like you are in the midst of the heavenly world to overcome all the pains and sorrows of day-to-day life.

But for those who can’t go for long treks but wants to feel the mesmerizing Annapurna mountain right in front of their eyes then the Heli Tour to Annapurna Base Camp would be the best option. Even if you only have a short amount of time, you will be able to see the panoramic mountain scenery up close. The chance to see the entire Annapurna range, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Fishtail, and other outstanding Himalayan peaks of Nepal adored with huge lumps of snow stand in all their glory, including the entire Annapurna range, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Fishtail, and others, will undoubtedly make your tour a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The magnificent sight of Kali Gandaki Valley — the world's deepest gorge – seen from this fly is truly remarkable.

The amount of time we spend at the Annapurna Base Camp is limited, around 20 to 30 minutes. This is for the sake of safety. Staying longer than half an hour in the base camp, which is at an altitude of 4,130m, can be dangerous. Acute Mountain Sickness could occur if you gain such a high altitude in a short period (AMS). However, half an hour is more than enough time for us to view the sights, capture some great moments, and eat a hearty and delicious breakfast. Then we make our way back to Pokhara International Airport.
