Yes, wifi and electricity are available in Annapurna Base Camp but you will have to pay extra if you want to use wifi or charge your gadgets.

Permits and TIMS cards are purchasable at the Nepal Tourism Board Office on Pradarshani Marg in Kathmandu.

Drinking water is available but it would be better if you use a water purifier tablet or boiled filter water. In higher regions, bottled water can be costly, and also using plastic bottles can be a threat to the environment.

The more you ascend towards the higher region, the more everything starts getting costly for how things are brought with effort and costly transportation.

Four of us joined the Poonhill trekking organized by this company Langtang Holidays in the last week of November, and we have had wonderful experience. From the boss Nabin, to the guide and porters were very helpful, thoughtful and supportive starting from the very beginning including route planning, flight connection, even trekking sticks to the end of the visit to Nepal.
