Among them, Shivaratri is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in Hindu culture. Maha Shivaratri is an annual festival honoring Lord Shiva. It is a major Hindu celebration that is dignified and symbolizes the "overcoming of darkness and ignorance" in life and the globe. It is considered as the day when Lord Shiva and Parvati got married to each other. During this particular day, there is huge worship in the Pashupatinath temple. Devotees from all around the world come to Pashupatinath to worship Lord Shiva. People perform an enormous feast during this day. 

Therefore the Shivaratri special tour not only lets you experience the special day but also offers an exciting tour to Nagarkot, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and Swoyambhunath Stupa.

The famous Nagarkot is known for the breathtakingly beautiful sunrise and the stunning view of beautiful white mountains.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the oldest city of Newars has many more to offer. Its ancient arts and architecture are fascinating to watch. 

Likewise, Swoyambhunath, which is a Buddhist Stupa also known as Monkey temple lies at the top of Kathmandu valley from where you can see a 360-degree view of Kathmandu valley. 


Our team will meet you at the Nepal international airport in Kathmandu for a short transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Our guide will educate you on tour programs, including information about notable sights, local traditions, and other key things to make your stay in Nepal delightful, after you have checked in and refreshed. Evening welcome supper in a magnificent original Nepalese restaurant giving traditional local cuisine with folk and cultural program as entertainment to go along with your delicious food.

Since it is a Maha Shivaratri, you will be visiting Pashupatinath early in the morning. you will get to experience the exciting puja of Lord Shiva going on in the temple along with the crowd of thousands of devotees. After worshipping the Lord Shiva, you will head towards the Bhaktapur Durbar Sqare for the breakfast, do some sightseeing and then head to Nagarkot. Overnight stay at the hotel of Nagarkot.

We'll get up early in the morning to watch the sunrise from the top of Nagarkot's hill. You'll be treated to a stunning panoramic picture of mountains all around you. Then you will head towards Kailashpati Mahadev Sanga where you'll find the world's tallest Shiva statue. After exploring Sanga and having breakfast head to Kathmandu for the sightseeing of Durbar Square and Swoyambhunath Stupa, where you can get a 360-degree view of the Kathmandu Valley. You will have free time during the evening to explore around Thamel.

After having breakfast we will transfer you to International Airport for final departure
